DATE TIME! Holden goes to meet Sally at a hotel she's late but since she's lookin hot he forgives her. On the way to the theater they make out and during the show just like erine holden gets annoyed with them. They are full of themselves and too good. During intermission Sally starts fliriting with a prep from a different school and agrees to go ice skating with him! They go skating after the show and Holden again gets mad because he think Sally only wanted to go so she could wear a short skirt and show off her cute ass.. once they sit down and start talk holden completley lets himself go ranting about all the fakes and phonies and how alone he feels. Then presents a ridiculous idea of them running off together and living in a cabin?! She is a realist and tells him this idea couldnt possibiltiy work he gets mad because she shuts down this amazing idea he has had. He calls her a royal pain in the ass and she's now crying. He trys apologizing like a mad man but he gets frustated and leaves without her.
What a date! Holy Cow. I can't believe Holden reacted this way and I feel sorry for Sally even though she was fliriting with another guy on their date. Holden went too far and lost all self control.
