Chapter 22

I was confused when it was talking about the flags shaking with laughing ?? whats that about.. But the blue side rages onward into the next battle. Henry promises himself that no matter what happens he won't retreat. His dead body would mean a lot to all the people who were making fun of him and doubting him. Henry is watching the battle and sees that many soldiers are hit. But he can see that his friend Wilson and the lieutenant are unhurt. He can see that the blue is growing rapidly weak.
