Chapter 23

The men are told they must charge. Henry keeps the flag and encourages the men to press on.. they now have a burst of energy. When they charge the enemy turns and flees. But a small group of them stay to fight.Henry sees their flag bearer. While he is running over to him Wilson beats him there and grabs it out of the dying mans hands. I thought it was funny how Wilson got this flag because Henry had pushed Wilson away earlier. They win the battle and gain 4 pow's. 1 cursed them, 1 talks to them with interest, 1 stares into space, and 1 is ashamed. But the blue is happy and celebrating. Henry rests with Wilson on some grass and they talk about their accomplishments.
