Chapters 13 and 14

Chapter 13: George said this is where I'll leave you and left. Snooky wants to talk to Sly but it was already 5:30 so he ran home. Snooky follows and wants to see George. Sly tells him you must have seen him he was just with me. Snooky didn't see anyone and Sly turns to look at George but doesn't see him anywhere. Snooky goes into saying it's possible since Sly is a gemini that makes him able to see into the beyond. When Sly got home he explained the wholte thing to his mom. Next game Sly had 3 homers but they still lost. A reporter came to his house and offered him 15,000 to print his bio in their magizine. He would be able to travel to NY 3 or 4 times for talkshows and more. He tells the man he will think about it and get back to him.

Chapter 14: Sly wants to ask George what he thinks about it. Finally he sees him, and has the chance to ask. George says fame is dangerous and could ruin his life. But the choice was up to Sly. George says he won't be around much longer and that Sly hitting might go down. They shook hands and George says he'll see him at the next game. Sly ran into Snooky who had been spying him. The reporter returns to his house and Sly say he will not be signing. The reporter asks if the money isn't enough or whats the problem. Sly says he doesn't deserve all the publicity.
