Chapters 7 and 8

Chapter 7: The team went out to get banana splits after the win. It was the biggest banana split Sly had ever had. When he got home he found his mom had made her famous apple pie. Sly also treated himself to a slice of that. Sly felt sick to his stomach after stuffing himself so he laid down on the couch and fell asleep. When he awoke George Baruth was there. George knew what Sly had eaten and not to worry about it. But not to stuff himself like that again or Sly will be sitting on the sides watchin the game. Mr. B says see ya at the next game and leaves. Sly later asks his mom he she had meet Mr. B. He's mom didn't know who that was or what he was talking about. She says she never let anyone in the house. She says Sly must have dreamed it all.

Chapter 8: George had been moved from being the 9th batter to the 8th. Sly sees Mr. B sittin in the same spot as normal. The coach yells at the boys, this isn't tiddly winks its baseball so lets get going. Sly gets up to bat and drills out over center field fence. He jogged around the bases and all the crowd cheered. Playing right field a ball rolled in between his legs. He left sick over his error.He's up to bat again and the cheerleaders had made a cheer for him. Sly was blushing as he stepped into the plate.
